It is the main device in the processing lines that peels the incoming fresh pistachios, separates the fresh skin as waste and transfers it from the rear blade to the back of the machine, and peels the ripe pistachios and directs them from the front blade to the next machine. The pistachio skin is cut by hitting the sharp corners of the hexagonal screws that are installed on a metal cylinder (ball).

It is named according to its efficiency, which are:
1- 3-ton ball
2- 4-ton ball
3- 6-ton ball
Which is selected according to the amount of the farmer’s product and according to the machinery used in the line
The types of ball of the machine are also installed on the machine according to the farmer’s request, which are:
1- Iron ball with steel coating and steel screws
2- Aluminum ball with aluminum screws

If the ball and blades are not of good quality or the machine is not adjusted, significant damage will occur:

Important points of the pistachio peeling machine:

• Life of the screws: Due to the high operation of the machine and the heavy volume of product harvest, the heads of the screws are worn to the same extent and eventually become dull, so the ball screws must be replaced and, if necessary, the ball is turned in the turning machine

• The rear blade should not There should be a large gap between the screws on the ball.

• Steel-coated metal ball: In the long term, deposits form on the ball surface due to rust, which causes a gap between the steel coating and the ball surface, which causes damage to the product and requires the ball to be turned.
