Test strip (sorting)

This device is used to transfer the product in wet and dry processing lines.
In the wet pistachio processing line, it is placed at the end of the line and in the dry pistachio processing line, it is placed after the dry basin or sieve, depending on the need.
Unsatisfactory pistachios are collected by the device operators.
The length of the device is produced in different sizes and according to the customer’s order.
Due to the variety and the possibility of not adjusting the machines, there will be a possibility of errors in operation, therefore, this device is used for final inspection (sorting) of the product.
In the inspection belt, the operators of this device separate the stained pistachios that are similar in weight to healthy seeds and have not been removed from the circuit by the machines due to their weight characteristics.
