Smiling pistachio separator machine

The separation of open pistachios from closed pistachios is done by the needles in the rotating cylinder of this machine.

After passing through the funnel, the pistachios enter a rotating cylinder with special needles inside. During the passage through the length of the cylinder, the open-mouthed pistachios stick to the wall of the cylinder by the needles and rise up, where they are guided into the conveyor belt by special paddles and exit the machine. The closed-mouthed pistachios are also guided out of the machine after passing through the length of the cylinder. These machines can be produced in different models and capacities.
It should be noted that the small pistachios and waste in the initial part are removed.
