The pistachio husker is used to wash the husk (pistachio husk waste) that is still left in the processing line from the sheller and is also considered the last stage of pistachio husking in the pistachio processing line.
The huskers are used to complete the peeling process and wash it along with it.
The mechanism of operation of the pistachio husker:
This device is placed in the terminal line after the sheller (air blower).

This device is very important for increasing the quality of the final product, and the skin of pistachios that are not properly removed in the peeling machine is separated in this device.
In addition, it removes the husk, the bottom of the cluster and other waste from the circuit
The waste catcher performs the initial washing operation using the water nozzle that is embedded in it.
It should be noted that the quality pistachios are removed from the front outlet of the device and the waste is removed from the bottom of the device.
Note: To increase the efficiency of the separation and washing basin device, it is very useful to use the waste catcher before it.
