Three-tier sieve

Pistachios are separated into several different sizes by a sieve device.
This device is used in dry pistachio terminals and sieves pistachios from coarse to fine.
This device is used for both pistachios and pistachio kernels.
This device is produced in two sizes: 50-mesh and 70-mesh.

Mechanism of operation:

When pistachios fall on the first-floor screen, because the screens are vibrating, the coarse pistachios remain on the first screen and exit from the first outlet.

The smaller pistachios (medium-sized pistachios of the second size) are poured into the second screen and are transferred to the outside of the device from the second outlet.

The smaller pistachios are poured into the third screen and exit from the third outlet.

The under-screened pistachios (in local language: نخودي) are exited from the fourth outlet.

The skin and debris of the pistachios fall from the bottom of the device.
