Cylindrical linear washing and separation basin machine (Mushki)

In any mechanized pistachio processing line, separating pistachios into three types: full, half-cored and hollow, as well as secondary washing of pistachios, is one of the important parts that is done by the pistachio washing machine.
One of the advantages of purchasing an automatic pistachio washing machine is that this machine, with 3 outputs, separates hollow, half-cored and full pistachios.

The washing process is done by the weight of the pistachios. Light pistachios on the water surface are removed from one of the pistachio washing machine outputs by blades.

Half-cored pistachios that are below the hollow pistachios and in the middle of the water are removed from the water outlet by the lower blade.

And the full pistachios that are at the bottom of the water are transferred to the cylinder (tunnel) by a pump and are finally washed with water showers, which is very useful for making the pistachios whiter, and are transferred out from the third output.
